Dennis Swinden - Consultant

Dennis worked for many years with large and small highly respected consulting engineers, gaining experience in the construction of all types of buildings.  

Joining the Partnership in 1977, he became a Partner in 1983.  Dennis took over as Senior Partner in 1992 and remained in that position until he retired in 2008. However he proved not to be too good at being retired and still works with the Partnership as a consultant.  

He  appeared as an expert witness in building contract disputes as he has a broad experience of most aspects of engineering covering both structural and civils works in industrial, high rise offices, shopping complex, nightclubs, pubs, schools, studios, private housing and refurbishment works.

Dennis also has extensive experience in site investigation, remediation of contaminated sites and the design of eco-friendly buildings.

Chartered Engineer.  
Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
